I. Job Description:

1. Be responsible for the appraisal of real estate projects, and complete the appraisal, consultation and other reports of real estate (land) according to the company's requirements and regulations on the appraisal of real estate (land);

2. In the appraisal work, abide by the appraisal procedures, carry out the work under the guidance, and establish and maintain a good customer relationship;

3. Collect and master all kinds of real estate (land) appraisal related information, and provide detailed information for the company's basic appraisal data and price information base;

4. Be responsible for the confidentiality of all relevant information of the company;

5. Assist the Department in daily management and dealing with relevant temporary affairs.

II. Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in real estate or economy related major, with real estate and land appraiser qualification, and more than 2 years of work experience in licensed post after obtaining qualification;

2. Be familiar with Shanghai real estate market and various real estate appraisal methods, have strong market awareness, be good at grasping the real estate market dynamics, have good market research, data collection and analysis ability, be able to independently complete the residential, office, commercial, industrial and other multi-purpose real estate / land appraisal business, have bank mortgage, taxation, transfer, judicial authentication, relocation With experience in real estate appraisal business, I have strong interest in the real estate appraisal industry;

3. Have the initiative learning ability, timely learn and update the professional knowledge of appraisal, good coordination and communication ability and strong team spirit, honest, dedicated, strong sense of responsibility, rigorous, meticulous and serious work;

4. Meet the company's corporate culture and business philosophy requirements, abide by professional ethics and integrity, and safeguard the company's interests;

5. Skillfully and creatively use the company's IT system and various professional software.
